WAIVER AND RELEASE ONLINE AGREEMENT

By this Waiver, I (the client) assume any risk, and take full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury, death or damage to personal property associated with the Town of Newmarket or Baby'n Bloom Photography activities and events organized by Ophra Alexandra Photography or Baby’n Bloom.

I understand and confirm that by digitally signing this WAIVER AND RELEASE I have given up considerable future legal rights. I have signed this Agreement freely, voluntarily, under no duress. My online acknowledgment signature is proof of my intention to execute a complete and unconditional WAIVER AND RELEASE of all liability to the full extent of the law.

I understand that Baby'n Bloom holds the copyright to all images taken. Photos purchased may be used for personal use only. Failure to agree to this will result in legal action. Unless specified otherwise, Baby’n Bloom reserves the right to use these images for promotional use online or otherwise.

Please enter the date discussed for your shoot. Maternity sessions take place Monday to Friday, between 3 and 7pm, weather permitting. Every pregnancy is different! Each woman carries, and feels differently throughout the stages of pregnancy. We recommend between 30-39 weeks, but it is when you feel your best! Just don't wait too long! ;)

Assistant for toddlers under 7 years old

Let’s be honest… We all have moments where it can be helpful to have someone to lean on and make you smile! Christine is literally just that! Whether it's for the toddler or yourself ;) A toddler assistant is mandatory for kids under 7 years old and trust me, it is the best way you could ever invest in your session. Christine focuses on the smiles and that allows me to focus on body composition, and that way you don't have to worry about anything at all!

If the location is around Fairy Lake, or local Newmarket, we can do either We also can do the entire session at a rented studio space, you will be responsible for booking the space and coordinating our availability with Riley

Credit Card Number

Your credit card will not be charged right now. However we do require 5 days notice on cancelling. Failure to do this will result in a $100 charge on your card. Not showing up for your session will result in a $100 charge. If you do not want to leave your credit card number you can send a $100 E-transfer to hello@babynbloom.ca and write "e-transfer" in the box below. No information provided on this form is shared with anyone

Rescheduling/Cancellation policy *

If you need to reschedule that is no problem at all, we love to be as accommodating as possible and will do our best to oblige any request during this special and exciting time. However, because there are real flower and greenery elements which expire that we order prior to your session, if you cancel or reschedule within 5 days of your session you will be billed in entirety for the floral elements chosen. If for whatever reason we can cancel your order in that short time we absolutely will.
